In front of the building is a delivery box that can be opened when using the automatic check-in service. Cameras are installed in front of the entrance for security, and to the left of the entrance is a space to store luggage either before check-in or after check-out.
Just inside the entrance to the left is a small space that can be used to hang coats and store luggage. To the right is a home elevator that can hold up to three people (200 kg), allowing guests to carry their luggage to the second-floor kitchen or third-floor guest rooms with ease, without using the stairs at the end of the long first-floor corridor.

Early in the morning, the Osaka Municipal Wholesale Market Honjo sells fresh seafood at great prices. Free of charge, we can help large groups of guests shop for seafood from the market when they want to cook for themselves.
We provide our guests with a bottle of Japanese sake free of charge.
Guests can cook their own takoyaki in the second-floor kitchen. We provide guests with the use of takoyaki cooking equipment and ingredients free of charge.
Guests can have have fun catching noodles as they flow down a bamboo slide on the rooftop balcony. We provide guests with the use of nagashi somen equipment, and ingredients such as noodles and dipping sauce, free of charge.
We have set up a Nintendo Switch for guests to enjoy on the living room TV. Guests can also watch YouTube and Netflix.
Guests can store their luggage in the building both before check-in and after check-out.
