Along the long corridor on the first floor are two bedrooms (12 ㎡ and 10 ㎡), a spacious bathroom with a small garden, a dressing room, and a toilet. The dressing room and bathroom separate the two bedrooms, and so guests don’t have to worry about making too much noise in their own rooms. One of the bedrooms has a king-size double bed, and the other is a twin bedroom. In the bathroom, guests can soak away any fatigue from traveling in the large bathtub—big enough for two or three people—with a stream of water cascading onto their shoulders while taking in the view of the small garden. The dressing room, meanwhile, is complete with two sinks and a washer/dryer, while the bathroom itself is also equipped with a drying function.

The second floor consists of a sweeping living room, dining room, and kitchen combo covering around 50 ㎡. With an island kitchen, a large fridge, a wine cellar, a water server, a capsule coffee machine, and a tea server, the space is perfect for a home party. The appliances and cooking equipment are from established Japanese brands such as Vermicular, Balmuda, and others. The 60” TV is great for playing games and streaming videos, while the huge dining table can even be transformed into a table tennis table. Boring, rainy days indoors are no more.

On the third floor guests will find a Japanese-style room (20 ㎡), a Western-style room (23 ㎡), and a toilet. Here, too, the bedrooms are separated by en-suite showers, so guests needn’t worry about making noise in their rooms. As the showers are en-suite, guests can also shower in private. The Japanese-style room is furnished with a traditional tea-drinking space, giving the entire space a relaxing aura. The Western-style room is complete with a sofa bed and can sleep up to four people.

The stairs on the third floor lead to a spacious rooftop balcony. Although the view of the surrounding buildings isn’t spectacular, on sunny days guests can enjoy a cup of tea or a meal here. The space is also great for hanging up washing. Guests can smoke here, too. )
